To get this achievement you must be in-game on a singular plot / park for at least 5 or more hours
๐ How To Unlock:
Work on a park or AFK for at least 5 hours on a singular plot / park. You can check how long you've spent on one plot in the Theme Park Tycoon 2 settings (under Statistics), accessible by the โ๏ธ button in the bottom right
